Chess in Motion Academy collects only what we need to look after your child on Saturdays and at camp, and to keep in touch with you. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

• Your child's name, date of birth, school, grade and chess experience.
• Parent and emergency contact names, phone numbers, email and address.
• Health notes you choose to share (allergies, medical notes, family doctor) so our coaches can keep your child safe.
• Your photo-sharing choice, and messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To confirm places, plan classes by level, contact you about your child, and respond to your questions. We never sell your details.

Photos

We share photos of children on this website and our Instagram only when a parent has said yes on the registration form. You can change your mind at any time.
