These terms apply to the Saturday Program and summer camp run by Chess in Motion Academy.

Registration and places

A registration is a request for a place. It is confirmed when we call or WhatsApp you. New students pay a one-time $2,000 registration fee.

Fees

Package fees are per term and are paid by bank transfer or in person at the academy. Payment details are sent with your confirmation.

Drop-off, pick-up and safety

Coaches supervise children from drop-off until pick-up. Please tell us who may collect your child, and keep health information up to date.

Conduct

Every game starts and ends with a handshake. We expect respect from players, parents and coaches alike.
